Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), FUTIA (registered in the Netherlands), as the data controller, processes your personal data as described in this notice.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity information (first name, last name)
• Contact information (email)
• Project-related technical data (site URL, hosting information)
• Correspondence regarding your requests and complaints
• Invoice and payment information (in case of service purchase)

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Delivering the service
• Performing contractual obligations
• Measuring and improving customer satisfaction
• Meeting legal obligations
• Conducting communication processes

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly necessary for the formation or performance of a contract), Article 5/2-ç (legal obligation), and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

5. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with our domestic and international service providers (Vercel, Google, Telegram) under the conditions set out in KVKK Articles 8 and 9. Transfers outside the EU are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for as long as the processing purpose requires. After the contractual relationship ends, data not subject to legal obligations (5 years under tax laws) is deleted or anonymized within 2 years.

Under KVKK you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• If processed, to request information
• To learn whether the data is used for the appropriate purpose
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically/abroad
• To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction within the conditions of KVKK Article 7
• To request that correction, deletion, and destruction be communicated to third parties
• To object if an adverse outcome arises from analysis by automated systems
• To request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
