1. Who are we?

FUTIA is a Netherlands-based AI automation studio. We provide dedicated sites, automation, and monthly maintenance for Turkish brands. Contact: info@futia.net.

2. What data do we collect?

When you visit our site or fill in a form related to our services, we collect the following:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number (when you provide them).
  • Your site URL: when you request an audit.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information, pages you visited (via Analytics, anonymized).
  • Message content: what you write to us via email or contact form.

3. Why do we collect it?

  • To provide the service you requested (e.g. mini audit report).
  • To manage your projects and support you.
  • To improve our site (anonymous analytics).
  • To meet legal obligations (accounting, tax).

4. With whom do we share?

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing. We share only with the following service providers — and only as necessary:

  • Vercel (site hosting · EU/US).
  • Telegram (our internal notification system · worldwide).
  • Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics · EU/US).
  • Our Dutch accounting firm (invoicing).

5. How long do we retain it?

For active client communications: contract duration + 2 years. For audit requests: 90 days after we reply. Anonymous analytics: 26 months (Google standard).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you have the following rights:

  • To learn what data is processed
  • To ask for correction
  • To ask for deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • To object to processing
  • To request data portability

To exercise these rights, write to info@futia.net. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

To protect your data we apply: HTTPS encryption, fail2ban IP blocking, file integrity monitoring, Wordfence WAF, regular security audits. All passwords are hashed with bcrypt/PHPass.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we notify users on our email list. For minor changes, the "last updated" date at the top changes.
