How I Built a $3,000/Month SaaS Without Writing a Single Line of Code
Two months ago, I launched futia.net — an AI video production platform that now has 734 registered users and has generated over $3,000 in revenue. The crazy part? I never wrote a single line of code manually.
The Stack That Changed Everything
My entire development workflow consists of three tools: Claude AI (my coding partner), Telegram (my command center), and a $40/month Hetzner VPS (my server). That’s it.
Every feature, every bug fix, every deployment happens through a conversation. I describe what I want in plain English, Claude builds it, and I deploy from my phone.
What futia.net Does
Futia automates the entire video production pipeline — from niche research to publishing. Users can generate scripts, create AI images and videos using 35+ models (Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3.1, and more), add voiceovers, optimize for SEO, and publish directly to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
The Numbers
- 734 registered users
- 688 videos generated
- 96 automation tools in the marketplace
- 106 paid transactions
- $3,000+ total revenue
What’s Next
I’m now teaching others how to replicate this system. The beauty of this approach is that it’s not limited to video SaaS — you can build anything: healthcare platforms, recipe sites, news portals, e-commerce stores. I’ve already built 5 different websites using the same method.
